SWEET BUN PREMIX

INGREDIENTS
  • FMF Sweet Bun Premix 2kg

  •  Angel Yeast 20g

  • 1.12L of Water

  • FMF Pan oil or FMF Blue Premium Soya Bean Oil

DIRECTIONS
  •  Add 2kg FMF Sweet Bun Premix into the mixer

  • Add 20g Angel yeast and 1.12L of water in the pre-weighed premix.

  • Mix all ingredients together to form a dough soft enough to be easily molded in the shape required.

  • Remove the dough from the mixer and cut according to the required size.

  • Mould the dough and transfer it in the bun trays which have been thinly greased with FMF Pan Oil/ FMF Blue Premium Soya Bean Oil.

  • Proof the moulded dough for 60 mins

  • Bake the proof dough for 30mins at 200 degrees.

  • Remove buns from oven after 30mins, allow it to cool at room temperature.

  • Buns ready to eat.
